1. Our Fulfillment Method: Print-on-Demand Mens Rea operates on a print-on-demand model. This means your products are professionally crafted, printed, and shipped directly to you by our trusted third-party production partners (such as Printify) only after you place an order. This allows us to offer a wide range of premium products while minimizing waste.

2. Processing & Production Time Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and production before your item ships. This timeframe is used to create your custom order with care. During high-demand periods or sales, this may be extended. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Times & Costs

· Shipping times (3-10 business days) and costs vary depending on the product, destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
· All shipping timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed by Mens Rea. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

4. Our Commitment & Your Responsibility We work exclusively with partners who prioritize fast, reliable shipping and safe handling. However, Mens Rea is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. This includes packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We cannot replace or refund orders in these circumstances.

5. If You Have Delivery Concerns

· After "Delivered" Status: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:
