Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached
- Must be in original packaging
- Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt
- Proof of purchase required
Submit Your Return Request
Please email orders@mensrea-clothingjustice.store with the following information:
- Order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Item(s) you wish to return (include product name and size)
- Reason for return (defect, wrong size, wrong item, etc.)
- Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)
- Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)
- Your contact information (name, email, phone)
We'll review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
What Happens Next?
- We'll send you return shipping instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
