Processing & Production Time

Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners (Gelato, Printful, Printify, Printly). Production typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping begins.

Custom or limited edition items may require additional production time—estimated timelines are shown on each product page.

Shipping Timelines

Domestic (US): Standard shipping 3-7 business days after production; expedited options available at checkout

International: 7-21 business days depending on destination; customs processing may add additional time

Carriers & Tracking

We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or other carriers depending on your location and the fulfillment partner.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package through the carrier's website or your order confirmation page.

International Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote locations may have limited availability.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. These fees are NOT included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

Multi-Item Orders

Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they've shipped. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.

Delivery Issues

Lost or damaged packages: Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

Undeliverable packages returned to sender may incur reshipping fees.
